ABBOTSBURY SUB-TROPICAL GARDENS
ABBOTSBURY, BETWEEN WEYMOUTH AND BRIDPORT
IF you're looking for something to do in the lull before the summer season begins, Abbotsbury Sub-Tropical Gardens is open and might be the peaceful haven you crave at this time of year.
The gardens are open 10am to 4pm daily and provide plenty of hours of wandering pleasure including a walled garden, a jungle glade, a Burma rope bridge and even a secret walk!
You can also admire sculptures and a southern hemisphere garden. Look out for plenty of spring colour this time of year, including magnolias and camellias. See abbotsbury-tourism.co.uk/gardens/ for more information.
