Ben and Hamish of Weymouth band Blazin' Strings (33076386)
TWO friends who formed a band after their sporting careers were halted are performing a Weymouth concert on Friday night (31).
Contemporary folk band Blazin’ Strings, made up of Ben Waller and Hamish Jeffcott, will be live in concert at The Old Town Hall, Weymouth from 8pm.
The pair got into music while recovering from injuries as rugby players.
During the concert they will be performing songs from their debut album Play it by Ear.
A live recording will be made during the concert.
Entrance is £5 and is just opposite the Boot Inn.
People are invited to bring their own drinks.
