A SMASHING exhibition is coming to Lyme Regis.
The Great Glass Exhibition will see more than 30 talented glass artists taking over The Malthouse Gallery from July 25 until August 5 for the town's first ever exhibition dedicated solely to kiln-formed glass.
Just Glass: 'From 'Kiln to Coast' is a show of contemporary studio glass featuring abstract and figurative sculpture, functional and decorative vessels, wall hangings and jewellery.
Celia Goodman from Fairfield Park in Lyme has organised the exhibition for the 'Just Glass' collective.
She said: "Glass has been displayed at various art shows in Lyme before but this is the first one dedicated to bringing to the Malthouse Gallery nearly 200 beautifully crafted items."
Entrance is free and the show runs from 10am to 4.30pm daily.
