Panto time on island
IT’S panto season on Portland. Oh yes it is!
Old King Cole and the Troublesome Troll is being performed at the Royal Manor Theatre in Fortuneswell from January 14 to 18.
Rehearsals for the family show, written and directed by Jo Mackay, will be under way shortly.
The show also features choreographed dance routines and some special effects that all add to the magic of pantomime.
Evening performances of Old King Cole and the Troublesome Troll begin at 7.30pm.
There will be a matinee on both Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 at 2.30pm, but no evening performance on Sunday.
