Cuttlefish is so under used in the UK. Our fishermen land tons of the stuff and we seem to be quite content eating frozen squid. Cuttlefish can be used in exactly the same way as squid, you can even deep fry it in batter or breadcrumbs if you wish to get it past the kids.
