This charming former Coach House is believed to date back to the 1800's and has been sympathetically extended and renovated over the years, most recently by the current owner. The Coach House is of stone and colour washed render elevations beneath a slate roof. The accommodation now offers a spacious and well appointed kitchen/family room which is the heart of this lovely home. The generous kitchen has ample room for a seating area, at one end, that benefits from a new wood burner, giving this end of the room a cosy feel. This room leads directly to the bespoke conservatory which was added by the current owner, creating a glorious spot from which to enjoy the garden whilst also bathing the kitchen in extra light. A separate sitting room lies next door and has slate and stone floors and a bespoke staircase which leads to the first floor. Adjacent to this room is the third bedroom/study which makes for excellent ancillary accommodation and has its own external door. There is also a downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a new suite and a slipper bath.

The Coach House is approached from the road through an entrance way and iron gate between the stone wall. There is a tarmac parking area with space for two vehicles, with potential for four. To the side of the property and a contained garden. The main garden is south facing, private and has been landscaped to create a level lawn, a paved sun terrace and borders of shrubs and flowers. There are two sheds, one with a wood store.
