JOHN DAVID PATTEN - Joan, Neil, David, Michael and their families would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all their relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them following their recent bereavement, and for the many cards, letters also donations so far received in aid of the Prostrate Cancer Charity. We would also like to extend our thanks to the many carers and hospital staff who attended John during his illness.
