NITA TRAVERS-SPENCER Her family would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service at St Mary’s Parish Church in Beaminster earlier this month, and for the generous donations received for the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and Marie Curie Cancer Care. Thank you also to the staff of these organizations and to her friends for the care they gave to Nita during her illness; to the Very Reverend David Shearlock for conducting the service; to the British Legion Standard Bearers for escorting Nita into the church; and to Eric and his team at A J Wakely & Sons for their support and help during this difficult time.
