CAROLE CLARKE Jim, Chris and Sarah would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who sent cards, messages of sympathy and for their visits over these last difficult months. To everyone who attended the Service of Thanksgiving for Carole’s life, your support has been overwhelming. Special thanks to Dr G Phillips and Alex Hillcox-Smith at DCH, the outstanding staff at Joseph Weld Hospice, Dr Phillip Webb at BMC, the Out of Hours Drs and paramedics, Amy Cooper, Paula Cozens and colleagues at DHC and the District Nurses. To Janice Moore for the beautiful service and wonderful support, to April Robinson for making the service extra special with her amazing solos. Last and certainly not least to Simon Wakely and staff for their kindness, understanding and efficiency. A huge thank you for all your donations to the Weldmar Hospice Trust and The Who Cares? Trust.
