COOK - Frederick David. Passed away peacefully on 7th August 2012 aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Heather, loving father to Lesley, David and Melanie. Fred will be so very sadly missed by all his family and friends but never forgotten. Funeral to be held on Tuesday 21st August.
