MELLINCHIP - Patricia, died peacefully at home on 29th June 2012 aged 78 years. Dearly loved Wife of Donald. Thanksgiving service will take place at St. John the Baptist Church, Broadwindsor on Tuesday 10th July at 12noon. No black clothes please. Donations for The Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and Marie Curie Cancer Care may be sent c/o A.J.Wakely & Sons, 7 North Street, Beaminster, Dorset. DT8 3DZ.
