ABBOTT - Martin John died at Dorset County Hospital on 29th March 2004 aged 79 years. Funeral service to take place at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 5th April at 2.00pm. No flowers by request please, but donations if desired to The League of Friends at Dorset County Hospital c/o A.J. Wakely & Sons, 7 North Street, Beaminster, Dorset.
