THE ending of the longest day of the year was bathed in a fiery glow.
Readers from across Dorset have sent in their fantastic views of the Solstice sunset.
The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year- around 17 hours of daylight. This year's solstice coincides with the Strawberry Moon, a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
It is a full moon that marked the beginning of the strawberry season.
