A MAN has suffered minor injuries after his car overturned onto its roof on the A3066 close to the Netherbury turning on the main road between Beaminster and Bridport.
The single vehicle collision happened just after 9am.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We were called to the scene by ambulance at 9.19am.
“It appears that the vehicle has rolled and it is on its roof.”
The car involved is a white Renault Laguna registered to the Bridport area.
Traffic is asked to avoid the area if possible and to follow any diversion or direction by officers at the scene.
Ambulance and Police are still on scene.
Crews from South Western Ambulance were alerted to the collision at 9.12am to reports to a car that had overturned near the Netherbury turning.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance said: "We are dealing with one casualty.
"It looks like a minor head injury.
"It looks as though he won't be going to hospital and will be treated at the scene."
